I super love the weekend! I get to spend more time with my family, my friends and God. And if i have extra time, for myself as well. I’m unproductive (or if you want to say useless) over the weekend but it’s when i’m the happiest. I can read a book, write a poetry or paint something unusual. I can have happy midnight snacks with my sister ’til our tummy hurts from laughing. I can help mom cook and I can help dad give Chance a bath. I can even take photos of myself (like the photo below hahaha) even though this is a dreadful task for my sister (love you!).

This is my favorite tank top of all time (because i love nautical stripes so much). You live in tanks and shorts if you’re from the south (because we are laid-back and chill like that). I’ve used this too much with my acid washed shorts and now with my mustard yellow maxi skirt. I will use this until every lace and every hem of it fall apart.

Here’s an unexpected dog date with my Frisbee friends! From left to right: My sister, Jaspher (who was dogless but he treated us dinner), Noel (who had such a tiny dog named Skittles), James & Tin (with their dog Chanel but not pictured here), Winston (with his two-year old introvert dog Mocha) and Graciey (with her lustful Gucci). Paging our other missing friends Adrian, Heinz, Josh, Nicole, Tricia and Erick we miss you guys! Plus Angenine, Faye, Rachele, Vianne, Jazmine and Shirley, Where are you girls? :( Hey catherine! See you everyday at work hihi. Of course i’ve got more friends from school and work but the list would be endless if i’ll put everyone here. I’m still blessed and grateful for them :)

Look how cutie patootie they are! I almost made a four-boxed collage of dogs with my sister’s face included in it. Hahaha. And our dog, Chance, was probably the most annoying, noisy, rebel, warfreak and squatter-ish (if there’s such a word) in the dog group!

Weekends for me are fast (something i look forward to after a five-day work schedule) but it’s when i can do practically nothing but still feel happy. It’s when i don’t have to try (when i’m with them) and i don’t have to feel bloody miserable for my flaws and failures (because family and friends understand and forgive each other). Thank you Lord for these days, it keeps me sane. :’)
